The Breakfast room
The breakfast room, which doubles as a conference room, has fascinating history. It is a former cowshed, lovingly renovated an extended with respect for authenticity. During the renovation of 2008, Tine and Robert decided to save a nearby ash tree, dating from 1920. To preserve the tree, the shed was built around it: this explains why a huge tree can be seen protruding from the roof. The room is fitted with an open fireplace and a jukebox dating from 1947. Outside is a wood-burning fireplace with a cosy outdoor terrace.
Tine’s Winebar
The Winebar along the creek, with its intimate terrace atmospheric lighting, is a paradise for romantic souls. In Tine’s Winebar, you have a selection of our finest wines and beers. On arrival, you’ll receive drinks menu so you take from the bar so you can serve yourself with whatever suits you best. Watch the sunset together, while enjoying our finest wines. To make it perfect, you should try the cheese plate from our local cheese farmer.
Heated swimming pool
The heated swimming pool (9 x 5 metres), lies at the heart of this rural retreat. It is open from 1 june until 15th of September depending on the outsite temperature!! The water temperature is 8 degrees above the outside temperature. From the swimming pool, you can enjoy a breath-taking view of the creek and the estate.
Boules
For those who want to play a game, we offer a nice playing field for the game jeu de boules.
Sauna
Come to rest in our Sauna which is located next to the swimming pool. Due to its position, you will have a stunning view on the Creek. Let us know an hour in advance so we make it ready for you.
Watercycle
Take the watercycle for a relaxing ride on the creek and enjoy the beauty of our surrounding nature.
Cycling on E-Bikes
The region around Ensenada lends itself perfectly to sightseeing by our E-bikes. Explore the region by cycling the panorama route along the coast. The wide open landscape is laced with good and safe cycle paths. This is a must for every cycling enthusiast. You can get a map of the panorama route at the reception. Here you can rent our E-Bikes or normal bikes in case you didn’t bring your own bike.
Animals
On the estate you’ll find our cute animal family. There are 2 Devon Sheeps and five horses of which 2 Shetland ponies and one American miniature horse. They are child friendly and they like to be fed or brushed. You can reach them via the little bridge.
Reception
The reception is open from 8.30 AM until 18.00 PM. Here you can ask for information on what to do and what to see in this region.
